Refund & Return Policy
We want you to order with confidence. Here’s how refunds and replacements work — including free cloudy-vial protection when your peptide and bacteriostatic water both come from us.
Everything we sell is supplied for laboratory research use only, and every vial is inspected and third-party tested before it ships. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right — here’s exactly what’s covered and how to reach us.
If your order arrives damaged or off
If a vial arrives with an abnormal color, already cloudy or containing particulates, or damaged, broken, or the wrong item, we’ll refund or replace it, with free shipping. Just email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. If we ask you to send the vial back, we’ll cover it — return shipping is always free. Because this is on our side, no other conditions apply.
Cloudy-vial protection after reconstitution
If a vial looks fine on arrival but turns cloudy right after you reconstitute it correctly, we’ll still cover it — no need to send the vial back, and any replacement ships free — provided all of the following are true:
- Both purchased from us. You bought both the peptide and the bacteriostatic (BAC) water from aminobay.
- Mixed with our BAC water. You reconstituted the peptide using the bacteriostatic water you bought from us — not water or any diluent from another source.
- Reconstituted correctly. Diluent added slowly down the inside wall of the vial, swirled gently (never shaken), and the peptide handled and stored as directed.
- Reported promptly. You contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo or video of the cloudy vial, before discarding it.
Why the water has to be ours too
A reconstituted peptide can turn cloudy for reasons that have nothing to do with the peptide. By far the most common cause is the diluent: bacteriostatic water that is non-sterile, contaminated, expired, poorly stored, or simply the wrong type (for example plain, distilled, or tap water instead of true bacteriostatic water) can introduce particulates or make a solution cloud or precipitate.
Once the peptide and the water are mixed, the two become indistinguishable — there is no way for us to tell whether the cloudiness came from the water or from the peptide. If the bacteriostatic water came from another source, we simply cannot determine whether it’s a water issue or a peptide issue, so we can’t cover it. When the water is ours as well, we can rule the water out and stand fully behind the peptide.
Opened vials in good condition
Because these are sterile research materials, a vial that has been opened, used, or reconstituted and is not defective can’t be returned or refunded — once the seal is broken we can no longer verify its condition or guarantee it wasn’t exposed or mishandled. Defective vials are always covered, as described above.
Lost or damaged in transit
Every order includes free shipment protection. If your package is lost in transit or a vial arrives broken, email support@aminobay.com with your order number (and photos for damage) and we’ll send a free replacement. See our Shipping policy for full details.
How to request a refund or replacement
Email support@aminobay.com with your order number and a photo or video of the issue before you discard the vial. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; approved replacements ship free. You can find your orders anytime in your aminobay dashboard.
