Shipping is free on every order — a single flat rate of $0, with no minimum spend. There are no paid upgrades, handling fees, or surprise charges at checkout: what you see is what you pay.
How long delivery takes
Orders placed before 3:00 PM ET on a business day ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff — or on weekends and holidays — ship the next business day.
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2 business days. You’ll get a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves our facility.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping isn’t available at this time — we’re working on it, and we’ll announce it here when it launches.
Tracking & shipment protection
Every order includes free shipment protection. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email support@aminobay.com with your order number (and photos for damage) and we’ll send a one-time replacement at no cost. You can check status anytime from your aminobay dashboard.

Everything ships in plain, unmarked packaging with each vial securely cushioned to prevent damage. Our peptides are lyophilized (freeze-dried), so they stay stable at ambient temperature during standard US transit — no cold-chain required.
