CJC-1295 without DAC — also called Modified GRF(1-29) or Mod GRF(1-29) — is a 29-amino-acid tetrasubstituted GHRH(1-29) analog that agonizes the pituitary GHRH receptor; Ipamorelin is a synthetic pentapeptide that agonizes the ghrelin / growth-hormone-secretagogue receptor (GHS-R1a).
